We believe that the ability to serve families of all ages creates a synergy within the neighborhood. With the proximity to Interstate 215, the Cottonwood Canyons and the new amenities in Knudsen Park we believe that by offering a family-oriented establishment we can maintain and create new regulars who will come to the area after a day in the mountains or on a weekend adventure.
To maintain the history and culture of the bar, our team is committed to keeping the established items and recipes from the Cotton Bottom on the menu. We anticipate the restaurant will also incorporate modestly priced comfort food that is available 365 days/year for lunch and dinner.
We believe that incorporating more outside spaces and patios on the property is important to establishing a community atmosphere. As Knudsen Park has done so eloquently, we are excited to elevate the status of Little Cottonwood Creek, which runs along the west side of the property.
